Service Scope
Call Goblin provides AI-assisted outbound call execution for administrative tasks based on your mission instructions and configured limits.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate mission details and proper authorization for each request.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable call, recording, and consent laws.
- You must not use the service for prohibited uses described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Authority and Escalation
Call Goblin enforces boundaries and escalation rules, but you remain responsible for final approvals and decisions requested during mission execution.
Billing
Billing is plan-based with monthly call-credit limits in the current product model. Subscription handling and taxes are processed through configured billing providers where enabled.
Availability
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, abuse mitigation, or security events.
Risk and Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. You should independently verify mission outcomes and confirmations.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, policy violations, or security risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a version update requires acceptance of the latest terms version in product flows.
