Data Sharing
We share data with subprocessors needed to deliver the service (for example, telephony/voice, billing, email, and hosting providers). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Retention windows are enforced by operational policy and scheduled cleanup jobs. Archived artifacts and backups must be stored in encrypted storage.
Your Controls
- Review and manage account and billing details from the product dashboard.
- Request account-level support actions by contacting support channels listed in product documentation.
Security
We use access controls, encryption mechanisms, authentication controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and you should not submit information you are not authorized to process.
